Hungary Bath Spas

Hungarians relax in the healing waters of the Széchenyi baths in Budapest, Hungary in late January, 2009. The spa is not just a place for relaxation but is also visited for it's medicinal benefits by tourists from all over the world. Budapest, Hungary has long been renowned for its health spas and thermal springs but recently it has been discovered that many of these springs are connected underground by a huge “thermal lake.” The city is planning to ask for World Heritage status and may open the lake to the public.
